Football and Cheer in Santa Cruz County SVAA offers youth football and cheer programs to boys and girls throughout the Santa Cruz County. The programs are designed to provide a safe and fun environment in which the boys and girls of our community can learn the game of football as well as fundamental values such as teamwork, sportsmanship, self-esteem and discipline.
Football ProgramSVAA field 4 teams, Junior Pee Wee, Pee Wee, Junior Midget and Midget, for players aged 8 through 14 years. Football is full tackle and the season extends from September through November. We participate in The San Jose Police Activities League.
Cheer ProgramAs with football, SVAA field cheer squads for cheer leaders aged 8 through 14. As well as cheering at Falcon games we also participate in San Jose PAL cheer competitions.
VolunteerSVAA is a purely volunteer organization and so is dependant on continued volunteer support from friends, families and the community. Please consider volunteering today.

2011 Midget Champions!
Congratulations to the Falcon 2011 Midget team who have won the 2011 PAL championship.
SVAA Falcons are members of the SJPD Police Activities League, a youth crime prevention program that relies on educational, athletic and other recreational activities to cement a bond between police officers and the youth in our community.
